The Head of Procurement position is a strategic role requiring an individual to possess good leadership skills, take charge in driving cost reductions and optimizing supply chain strategies, excellent organizational skills; good understanding of motor repairs processes, as well as the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels, to promote mutually beneficial business relationships. The Head of Procurement communicates with suppliers regarding various projects within the Claims Division, Underwriting, Pricing, Finance, and service contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures to obtain the most cost effective and quality products and services for dedicated projects. This position offers the opportunity for substantial career development and will collaborate closely with Claims, Project Management, Tracking of Claims initiatives and Procurement Management.
